You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Once we’ve received your return, we’ll make sure the full purchase amount is refunded within five business days.

How to return your order in 3 simple steps:

Step 1: Fill out the return form
Download the return form using the link and complete it fully.

Step 2: Send your item(s) back
Pack the items securely and include the completed return form. Send your return to the address listed on the form.
Please make sure to use a track & trace shipping method – as the sender, you're responsible for the return shipment, and this helps prevent any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive your refund
Once we receive and process your return, we’ll refund the full purchase amount to your bank account within five business days.
