Terms and Conditions

General
1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Glowsy and to every agreement concluded between Glowsy and the consumer.
1.2 Glowsy reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time.

The Offer
2.1 The offer includes a complete and accurate description of the products offered. Mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind Glowsy.
2.2 Every offer contains information in such a way that it is clear to the consumer what rights and obligations are attached to the acceptance of the offer.

The Agreement
3.1 The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions set.
3.2 If the consumer has accepted the offer electronically, Glowsy will promptly confirm the receipt of the acceptance of the offer electronically.

Right of Withdrawal
4.1 The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.
4.2 The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer, physically receives the product.

Obligations of the Consumer During the Reflection Period
5.1 During the reflection period, the consumer will handle the product and packaging with care. The product may only be unpacked or used to the extent necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
6.1 If the consumer makes use of the right of withdrawal, they must notify Glowsy within the withdrawal period using the model withdrawal form or in another unambiguous manner.
6.2 As soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the day following the notification referred to in paragraph 1, the consumer shall return the product.

Costs in Case of Withdrawal
7.1 If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, the return shipping costs shall be borne by the consumer.
7.2 Glowsy will reimburse all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by Glowsy for the returned product, without delay but no later than 14 days from the day the consumer reports the withdrawal.

The Price
8.1 During the validity period stated in the offer, the prices of the offered products will not be increased, except for price changes due to changes in VAT rates.

Performance and Warranty
9.1 Glowsy guarantees that the products comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, and the reasonable requirements of soundness and/or usability.

Delivery and Execution
10.1 Glowsy will exercise the utmost care when receiving and executing product orders.
10.2 The delivery address is the address that the consumer has provided to Glowsy.
10.3 Glowsy will execute accepted orders with due speed but no later than 30 days, unless a different delivery term has been agreed upon.

Payment
11.1 Unless otherwise specified in the agreement or additional conditions, the amounts owed by the consumer must be paid immediately upon purchase.
11.2 The consumer is obliged to report any inaccuracies in provided or stated payment details to Glowsy without delay.

Complaints Procedure
12.1 Glowsy has a sufficiently publicized complaints procedure and handles complaints in accordance with this procedure.
12.2 Complaints about the execution of the agreement must be submitted to Glowsy within a reasonable time after the consumer has discovered the defects, fully and clearly described.

Disputes
13.1 Only Dutch law applies to agreements between Glowsy and the consumer to which these general terms and conditions apply.
